Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing scripts.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form yourself:
- your name — so I know how to address you;
- your contact (email, Telegram or phone) — so I can reply;
- your message — the description of your task.
The form has no hidden fields beyond a spam trap, and nothing is collected if you simply browse the site.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is HAWK (contact details below). If you need the full legal entity details for a formal request, ask by email and they will be provided.
Why it is used
Solely to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to discuss a possible project. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising or newsletters.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to me (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where it goes
Submitted forms are delivered to my private Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API, so Telegram processes the message in transit and may store it on its servers outside the EEA. The site itself is hosted by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical server logs. No one else receives your data.
How long it is kept
Enquiries stay in the Telegram chat for as long as they are useful for our correspondence, and no longer than 12 months, unless the conversation turns into an actual project — then the correspondence is kept for the duration of the work and any legally required period afterwards. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are used. The site may store your chosen interface language so it is remembered on your next visit. That is a functional preference and does not identify you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me to:
- give you a copy of the data I hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how it is used;
- hand it over in a portable format.
Write to the email below and I will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
